Pros

great teams to work with and a plethora of knowledge. Lots of enterprise stuff here. Locations have plenty of space

Cons

Unfortunate downsizing. Need to have better social events. Would like to see more employee events

    Structure unstable. Employees are getting restless

    Pay attention to the employees with their feet on the ground. They have a lot of insight on the day to day functionality of work.

    I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    GREAT people in the general working population

    Cons

    Lacking clarity of vision and VERY POOR people management skills. Speaks of the value of the person but when it comes time to let people go often done in an old school value system and structure . Meg Whitman's value has yet to trickle down her organization .

    Advice to Management

    Be open with people about the turnaround and their job security a bit sooner than a two hour notice of termination .
