I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

At HPFS, the company values its colleagues and is very focused on creating an atmosphere where we can make important decisions for our customers at every level in the organization. There is substantially less bureaucracy than our parent, HP. The executive leadership team is seasoned and has a track record of success

    Cons

The roller coaster of HP can sometimes weigh on our division, but our leadership does its best to keep us focused

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

Teams are well managed and communication is fluid. HP really has flexibility built into the hiring process and many employees are Virtual Office based.

    Cons

Positions start mostly as contract and not salary
