HP Czech Republic

Solutions Architect (Current Employee) Prague (Czech Republic)

ProsLarge latitude given to employees
Empowerment
Addictive work :)
Recognition
Work with other teams, IT, Supply Chain
Training (not only simple training, but HP is willing to make you pass certifications or "real" professionnal trainings).

ConsSometime the top management seems to take strange decisions. But I have not seen this for at least 1 year and 1/2...
To make yourself visible you may need to work exta time recurrently ... and of course deliver :)

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue with the current direction, I think we are on the right track :).
