    Pros

    Very flexible working hours. Abundance of tools and hands on for the technical people. informative intranet. wonderful performance tracking, allowing individuals to understand what they are working for each fiscal year.

    Cons

    expect to manage old timers who sits on problems instead or being motivated to help the company resolve these problems. expect days of merry go round ride before reaching a direction from the top. Poor remuneration packages. Does not take care of support people, front line, the company does not understand that they need to influence customer experience through their support staffs.

    Advice to Management

    Poor pre-sales/post sales link up, readiness, resulting in poor customer experience at times. Poor quality management, allowing too many sub-suppliers to manage our manufacturing end leading to long painful quality problems suffered by our customers. Region team and Worldwide team keeping too much resources having people run mindless cost saving programs.
