Pros

Stable work environment, Solid Company, Lots of vacation.

Cons

Mirco managed like crazy, Call blitzes,unreasonable quotas, everything is tracked, no independence.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let your sales staff do their job and sell. Get off the backs of your people.

    good people management by 1st level mgrs

    Cons

    average to below average benefits and pay. Job security not good.......employees considered an asset, not an investment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Long term service employees have more value that replacing with college hires. Try cutting programs instead of employees when down sizing

    Good benefits, exposure to international culture

    Cons

    Very clique-ish, which means often people less qualified will be given more opportunities
    constant Half truths and Whole lies from mgmt can destroy morale and kill a team

    Please develop more stringent criteria for team management and evaluate them more closely and more often.
