    Pros

    - Flexibility
    - Work Life Balance
    - Casual Dress
    - Quality People

    Cons

Someone in senior management sold the powers to be that we would be more efficient and happier employees in shared very cramped cubicles. This is not the case, as it's very distracting now after having our own single cubicles where we were much happier and more productive as well!

Monetary rewards for sustained high performance is nearly nonexistent and has been this way for about eight to ten years. I have asked senior management the question; "What incentive is there for a high performing employee to continue to perform at a high level?" and the answer is always polished over and never answered.

    Advice to Management

If you would like to see morale increase, which has so many benefits to a company and it's level of success, narrow the insane gap regarding rewards for senior management and the individual contributors and start rewarding for performance.
