    I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good Salaries, flexible work, opportunities to solve challenging problems

    Cons

Longtime employees often feel entitled to the old HP Way and haven't been able to adapt to the current reality. Lack of innovation. Huge shifts in strategy. For example: they bought palm for the OS, then gave to OS to the open source community.

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to learn and great coworkers. There are several highly technical positions available and it is overall a great place to work for a starting employee at the beginning of their career.

    Cons

Bad compensation and little care from upper management. Big bonuses are handed out to top executives while the lower employees who get work accomplished are left out to dry.

    Advice to Management

Give more incentive for employees to perform well.
