    Can be difficult to get things done in a large company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Go back to company wide profit sharing to increase collaboration. Figure out how to allow the informal internal networks like the professions influence the formal lines of development. Get IT integrated back into the company lines of business rather than thinking they are an outsourced group. Encourage cross-organizational job moves for all levels.
