Current Employee - IT Manager  in  Palo Alto, CA
Current Employee - IT Manager in Palo Alto, CA

Pros

helpful with immigration help, good and challenging roles, a little work from home (not as much as before), great culture (well depending on which team you go to)

Cons

standard or low pay for a company its size, promotions come in really slow, Meg's brought in some semblance of stability but still there are changes in leadership here and there (not sure if they are getting cut because they are not making the cut or what), and there are still job cuts being announced... Hard to work with a company where job security is such a fleeting concept (I know this is the reality nowadays, but it just wasn't what I signed up for when I joined a decade ago)

Advice to ManagementAdvice
