I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Quality benefits and a well managed 401k portfolio by Fidelity.

Cons

Company is more than 300,000 employees now, bigger than a lot of cities. It is too big, too bureaucratic, takes too long to get anything done, has too many layers. Employee reviews are useless.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop advancing "Process Managers" instead of People Managers.

Doesn't Recommend
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Competitive salary and lots of resources for training and education.

    Cons

Big organization and little guidance by management on operations and projects. Professional services management team is completely disconnected from day to day operations on various accounts. Lots of red tape.
