Enjoy being abused? You'll love HP!

ProsBetter than standing in an unemployment line or soup kitchen. Humor distributed daily by Mark Hurd, every time he says "Pay for Performance" everyone breaks out in gut cramping laughter.

ConsHP has no vision, it's a conglomeration of tech acquisitions designed to make Mark Hurd appear to be a "Mover and a Shaker", apparently he plans to run for Senator of California some day. HP's exec mgmt is extremely short sighted, there is no investment in R&D, it's all about selling non-existent functionality, having the customer fund a mad rush to deliver and move on to the next mess for less. The massive pay cuts forced on EDS' best and brightest are manifesting themselves in horribly negative ways that will soon become apparent.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvestors, dump the BoD, dump Hurd, gain someone with vision who can think beyond being a carbon copy of Carly Fiorina or Chainsaw Al Dunlap. HP's future value is being eroded underneath your noses, but you'll be long gone when the corporate body bloats and begins to stink.
