Pros

Nice place to work, love the job. But family life balance is great and management is appreciative of good performers.

Cons

salaries might not be as competitive as you like, and sometimes you feel like your lost in the crowd but its not all that bad

Advice to Management

Management should increase pay and give promotions to senior level employees so they stay motivated. A true career path framework should also be developed

    Pros

    Great people to work with, brightest still coming into the company, still doing great work. We still have great customers to engage with, keeps the work fresh. New products & technology to learn and support and integrate into customer solutions.

    Cons

    Anual bonus is at the whim of your manager, but he or she will only have $x in a pool to divide among all the elegible employees that report to them. So there is never enough to give the entire team a good bonus.

    Advice to Management

    Just go back to the one percentage for all employees based on the anual pay. Sound, fair, logical and it works, VP's will loose the 300% bonus but IC's might see 10% once and a while.

    under paid raises are very small if at all management turn over, I have reported to 14 managers in 9 years very little room for growth it's turning into a sweat shop, they are continually reducing staff and increasing clients, I know everyone is doing more with less but it is out of hand at HP E. S. They do layoff's about 11 week's before the end each quarter in order to make sure people the severance packages are off the books prior to the next quarter. (YES, they do this EVERY quarter) Severance was reduced to 1 week per year max of 10 weeks. Benefits are terrible Treated as red headed step child to core HP all of the leadership that did not roll over was let go, only yes men are left so don't bother voicing a concern.

    grow a backbone
