Pros

Great salary and benefits. Too there are no more company cars.

The company is so big it's lost direction. The HP way is dying.

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

Great products, great techology, great people.

    Cons

Management doesn't know how to inspire the workforce. Low morale. Newly "designed" cramped workspaces. Poor benefits. Everyone is overworked due to massive layoffs over the last 3 years under Mark Hurd.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restore some of the employee benefits that you have systematically removed over the last 5 years.

    No opinion of CEO
