Pros

well the few folks i work with are nice. other than that? I like the pizza combo deal in the cafe.

Cons

not being told what you can do to do better. being told you are doing great but then get a crappy review. Never being rewarded for doing good work even if your manager had a clue what you do. makes sense? try working here... nothing makes any sense.

Advice to Management

Learn how to give reviews and feedback to your employees. Act like you care more about them then you do about figuring out how to save more and more money for the uppers to get a FAT bonus.

    Pros

Lots of time available for self-improvement. Free library of online training. Autonomous. Smart and seasoned coworkers. Impressive list of clients, great for the resume.

    Cons

No raises, no bonuses, no training offered unless client pays for it, no guidance on advancing a career, no increase in pay when offered a different or higher position. No flexibility on working from home. Pay cuts up to 10% for months when the company wants to purchase other companies.

    Advice to Management

Incentivize hard work with money, not non-monetary awards. Reduce pay at top-tier to show leadership on cutting back salaries. Offer training to existing employees rather than hire for a specific skillset.

    Pros

Work life balance is probably what keeps most employee there. You're able to work different hours which is very helpful when you need to take care of family needs

    Cons

manager's scared of losing jobs. No developement for employees any more

    Advice to Management

It's not always the loudest employee that's doing a good job. They need to look at the total picture of who is actually working and who is just blowing smoke at managers
