Flexible work hours
Reasonable benefits, although they are being cut rapidly

Cons

No career future for software professionals
Lack of innovation and innovators
Not a company you work for if you are looking for career growth

    Léo has not done any damage, still waiting to see what his 'wins' will be.

    Cons

    There are a lot of de-motivated employees waiting for positive signs from senior management.

    really smart people
    flexible work options

    Cons

    seemingly constant threat of lay-offs
    doing more work with less people at same pay
    salary stagnation
    limited opportunity for moving to different parts of company
