High Performance Technologies Employee Review

I have been working at High Performance Technologies

Pros – Excellent education and supplemental benefits. Lots of intelligent/smart driven people to work with. Financial stability of the company overall is key. Great senior Mgmt. for the most part, w/ average middle mgmt.. Unique approach to employee lifestyle and freedom.

Cons – Some disconnect on achievement and recognition within. Seems to be a poor system in place for promotions, but could be specific to particular managers. Often times, just knowing the manager/VP someone works for, you can tell what their review will be. (with no knolwedge of the individual)

Advice to Senior Management – Base promotions and reviews on real life events/success and individual achievements, not based on who they work with/for and what others around them did. There are a lot of highly compensated task masters, that are really just middle men that could be shaved off easily without any real backlash (other than positive)
