Current Employee – been working at High Performance Technologies
Pros – Great place to start a career, plenty of development and learning opportunities. Management although at times be learning too, so there's room to lead change if you have the energy and commitment. There's an innocence to HPTi that's not found in other government contracting firms.
Cons – Sometimes employees end up being guinea pigs with many of the changes or attempted improvements. Communication and transparency is lacking at HPTi. HPTi, a subsidiary of DRC will likely diminish much of what HPTi has grown to be, a successful up and coming young firm with a lot of potential. DRC on the other hand looks to be large, slow to change, inefficient, and homogenous.
Advice to Senior Management – Think about your employees and take care of your people, not just your bank account. Listen to and invest in Tim Keenan's vision.
