    Pros

The products offered are excellent. The branding is highly isible at the local level. The value vs. cost is very positive Innovation in education. For some this could be a disadvantage. .

    Cons

Bad timing to launch a new products. Unwillingness to percieve the inherent long sales cycle. Top management hurried to market throwing a "Hail Mary" sales effort. Innovative products that mean well. However, education does not sit well being innovative. Johnny has gone to school in the same way for nearly a millenium

    Advice to Management

Educational parnerships are good and dandy, but they do not forge themselves on a napkin. Local Collegiate Entities see an inminent threat from HEH's activities. Be mindful of it and taylor a PR action plan.
