Great opportunities for great people

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsMost offices grant staff a high degree of independence to perform the work. This is great for self starters who do not need to be micro-managed.

ConsLack of corporate performance standards can be frustrated as the efforts to provide shared resources between offices can lead to having to re-create work product prototypes that may exist elsewhere.

Advice to Senior ManagementStrive to greater integrate corporate standards.

    Manager (Former Employee)

I worked at Hill International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: decent (albeit impersonal) technical support, large network of project resources… Cons: Another review described Hill International as a "NYSE-listed Mom and Pop company" and I would agree. This is not a good place to grow… Advice to Senior Management: A significant reorganization is needed to reduce unproductive internal competition among Sr. VP "warlords" and focus on success of practice areas across the company. … No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
