The biggest reason to go to work for Hill International is to gain experience working on some of the biggest projects in the world. Hill, especially, in the middle east is working some the biggest and most impressive projects in the world. The company is well positioned for future growth. There is a good oppurtunity to travel if your willing as well. So this could be a very good job for a young unmarried professional who is willing to move around to gain the right kind of project experience. So I would consider working there if the middle east is a place you might like to work. Primarily in Dubai.

You need to adopt a cross polinated format. Offices are isoloated from each other and compete against each other and personal feelings and politics really hold the company back.
