Career development opportunities.

Service Operations Manager (Current Employee) New Orleans, LA

ProsHard work and integrity pays off at Hill-Rom. Do your job and you will be rewarded. Great products that I can support and stand behind.

ConsLong hours. Being in a 24/7 hour business can be challenging at times. Customers can be extremely demanding. Make sure you love customer service to take this job.

Advice to Senior ManagementSalary adjustments based on FTEs and service geography. Some new managers being hired in at more than I make with being in the position for 6 years.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
