    Pros

Great People. Ultra Laid-back. "Family Business" Feel.

    Cons

Not very challenging. NOTHING in batesville.. difficult to balance work/play because there is nowhere to play.

    Advice to Management

Stop BSing the shareholders with branding nonsense and cut the fat. Also.. Nepitism. Look up the definition of this word.

    Pros

Hill-Rom is a long-standing brand with a lot of loyal customers. As long as you come in and do your job, you will be rewarded with a direct deposit every other week.

    Cons

You work on the same 4-5 pieces of equipment day in, day out. Don't expect to advance your career unless you can jump through flaming hoops, bend over backwards and and pucker up baby-so you can kiss your social life goodbye & for applying those lips to the bloated backsides of, otherwise, self-serving management. The bonus program is not half bad when it gets funded.

    Advice to Management

Reward your workers, atleast give recognition for good work. Happy workers will inevitably make your job easier. And whats with all the VPs?!? They hand out VP appointments like Halloween candy.
