“Hit and a miss...”
Current Employee – been working at Hillstone Restaurant Group
Pros – The money for hard work may be enough to put up with the lack of leadership skills.
Cons – Not flexible or understanding with employees. Management not appropriate when addressing employees. A lot of disrespect to the the people who serve your guests.
