    Pros

Great product, the team members, team leads and supervisors are great. Benefits good, fun to sell vacations, great hours.

    Cons

Unfair production performance "write up" system. Your performance is judged weekly. If you don't hit it, you are written up, they take 4 weeks to go away, they escalate till you are out the door. Not very many people last even a year. It seems that at about 7 or 8 months, you get the deck so stacked against you there is no way to dig out. They say no cold calling, it's all cold calling and these people have no interest in speaking with you, the leads are so bad and very old.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest, don't lie about the quota write up system, try motivating in a positive way. Constant yelling "more, more, more" does nothing to motivate. If you're going to judge performance weekly, then the write up should go away weekly. Try to bring your management skills up to this century, the treatment is borderline abusive.
