A good place to work but opportunity for growth can be stunted.

    management is horrible in the worst sense of the word. but the travel plan, health benefits and leave time great.

    Pros: if you enjoy travelling, the team member travel plan is awesome. cheap rooms for you and friends/family. good insurance benefits, hilton pays a good portion… Cons: management is ineffective and inept at best. there really isnt any leadership. satisfying the guest is pounded into our heads, but when we go out… Advice to Senior Management: stop turning a blind eye to things you know are wrong. hold team members accountable for their actions and follow though with punishment/consequences. hire people… More
