    Hilton has great programs and if interested you can advance with the company. Also, they have great benefits.

    Many times advancements are not based on the most qualified but instead the most liked HR not exactly ethically or organized. Continued education not encouraged and founded properly Daily system and IT issues that effect ability to do job at satisfactory level.

    Advice to Management

    A multi billion company should not have system outages daily. Support the team and eliminate favoritism. Conduct random audits of HR and how they are handling employee issues and complaints, there is no one holding them accountable.
