Current Employee – been working at Hilton Worldwide full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Paid Time Off, Outstanding Benefits, Hotel Discounts, Great Base pay, Good Human Resources Department. Nice hours for full time.

Cons – Open EVERYDAY, 24/7 365, Too easy on people whom call in consistently, Rely on dedicated staff to cover temporary/uninterested staff way too much without much gratitude.
