“Great company and positive work environment”
I have been working at Hilton Worldwide full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Culture is great. Pay is fair to above average. Many opportunities for advancement and growth.
Cons – Competitive culture breeds greatness but also leads to some struggles in cross functional synergy.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage more cross divisional teamwork
