Pros

I worked with Hilton for more than 16 years and know very well how much Hilton is a distinctive company

Cons

some times the income comparing with other companies is less but what i got from Hilton for my career is much better than money

you need to work hard more in order to keep the Hilton name in the front

    hilton is world hotel. Hilton famous cause their give excelent and satisfy to customer. all the employment have hospitality skill.

    they not keep it the basic formula for hospitality service

    Get the right locations signed up...its not about no of hotels, it is about the quality of hotels.
