I have been working at Hilton Worldwide full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free hotel stays at Hiltons and other affiliated properties

    Cons

All about the shareholders. Closed down their reservation centers in the US to turn around and build news ones in Manila, Philippines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your own country or get out. And next time you have to do mass terminations, try to refrain from bragging about how much money we made for the shareholders last year. The last thing someone wants to hear before "we're closing down the center and we have to let you go" is "you did an outstanding job making money for the shareholders". Apparently it will never be enough.
