I worked at Hilton Worldwide part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good money, lots of available hours, fun job.

    Cons

Management didn't treat employees very well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your banquet servers are the face of your business- you need to make sure that management treats them well. The part-time servers were working full-time hours, and the full-time people were working 70+ a week, sometimes with only a 3 or 4 hour window to sleep before they had to be back for the morning shift.
