Pros

Plenty of hours if you want them, extremely discounted hotel rates to all Hilton hotels after 90 days, meet a wide variety of people, HIlton promotes management from within, high quality hotel service, 100% satisfaction guarantee for Hampton, Garden Inn, and Homewood Suites with full refunds

Cons

Standing all day, no scheduled breaks, often understaffed, difficult to meet Hilton's "standard" of hospitality with very little employees, angry customers demand refunds often in Hampton, Garden Inn, and Homewood Suites locations, customers often lie to get refunds

Advice to ManagementAdvice

No one can meet your standard of hospitality if you cut corners in employment. One person can't do everything.
