Pros – Good hotels, fair management, worldwide locations, growth opportunities, provide challenge at work, nice community, good reputation, employee can stay at Hilton hotels worldwide for as low as $25.

Cons – Salary is not the best in the hospitality industry, company is big and growing to top level position is very competitive, some hotels are too old, Hilton brand is tired in the US.

Advice to Senior Management – Update old hotels and develop a boutique and hip brand of hotels.
