I have been working at Hiossen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent product, excellent sinus-lift kit, willing to ship overnite on most orders.

    Cons

Comparatively low pay, poor mileage reimbursement, poor training, too much micro-managing. Some managers, trainers are very hard to understand.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more Americanized employees at all levels. Adopt American management principles. Pay a better wage. Look at LG, Hyndai, Samsung.

I have been working at Hiossen

    Pros

Advancement opportunities are plenty if you are very good at sales.

    Cons

Unrealistic goals and too much pressure on sales reps. Most reps in my office are burned out and looking for a new job. Often required to work several weekends in a row without pay. A significant portion of new hire are letting go within six months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

50% growth each year is not a good idea in the long run.
