I have been working at Hiossen

Pros

Able to manage your own territory
Great sales job for sales reps with no experiece
Very good field to become knowledgeable in
Offers a good resume builder

Cons

Micromanaging to the extreme
Must be Korean to move up within the company
Unfair territories (Korean Reps get all the Korean Dr's)
Totally unfair pay, most Implant company Reps make about 60k base, Hiossen Reps make 29k
Commissions are never paid on time, and are never paid the correct amount
Reimbursement for mileage is unfair
Terrible atmosphere to work in, management never has a good thing to say about the job that you do

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees better
Give them incentives to sell
Offer them more advancement opportunities
Do NOT micromanage as much
Pay employees more and have a more organized organization

I have been working at Hiossen full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

If you do not have sales experience they are quick to hire. Easy entry level position.

    Cons

Training is horrible, very condensed and they expect you to be an expert after 4 days of classroom training. HR dept needs work. Not compensated for AIC classes after hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should manage, not compete with reps for sales. It was very hard in the beginning because my manager was so concerned with his sales that he didn't have the time to help the 2 new employees in the office.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
