    I worked at Hodges University

    Pros

Pros: school of allied health is pretty phenomenal. They program was clearly designed to weed out those who didnt belong yet helped those students find the right path for them.
School had once promised students the top 5 percent would be guaranteed a spot at a sister graduate school. However this incentive was pulled with no warnings and said rumors went around saying it was because Hodges students were too lazy.

    Professors cared about students.
Saw a lot of very intelligent students as a result of allies health.

    Cons

No room to grow. No availability for promotion. Salaries firm and non negotiable.
Small environment = higher potential for gossip.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Full your office with a little more diversity, not just your best friends.

I have been working at Hodges University

    Pros

SW Florida is still a great place to live!

    Cons

Hodges used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately years of poor marketing and advertising have finally taken its toll. They've laid off nearly all the senior faculty and are now getting rid of several administrators that are at the top of the salary range. To all my colleagues that are still there get your resumes up to date - if the enrollment numbers drop any lower it's hard to say who they will get rid of next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You've gotten rid of all the people that could have helped. About all I can say is good luck to you...
