Great experience!

Operations Analyst (Former Employee) New York, NY

Pros- great benefits
- great managers
- you learn how to process settlements, outgoing and incoming buy-ins, cash transfers and how to process all stock orders
- nice work environment (everyone is friendly and helpful)
- great name on your resume

Conscan get kind of stressful, especially when you have a lot of institutional global clients assigned to you. You MUST make sure your work is error free. They don't tolerate errors. So make sure you you have a high degree of accuracy. Also, the hours can get very long, so be prepared for that.

Advice to Senior ManagementAllow your operation analysts to move into trading if they express desire to do so. Just because they don't have trading experience, doesn't mean they are going to slack as traders.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
