Pros

Great hard working caring staff. Fantastic seniors. Building are your home and you get to spend time with the seniors one on one and thier families.

Cons

Treated like kids. Told your are not meeting goals from people who also can not meet them. Management senior level needs to trust their resident managers to take care of the residents and marketing of the building. When you have unhappy residents it shows on tours. To make money and inpress people you need to spend money not cut budgets so that you can not update items that require fixing, replacing or cleaning. Managers and co managers can work well together and produce results without being belittled by Reginal directors.

Advice to Management

Listen to your residents and live on site staff

    Pros

Families and co-workers inside the building are wonderful and become family very quickly. Fulfilling helping people enjoy this lifestyle.

    Cons

2-3 hours a day conference calling. Mass emails pushing you to do more. Micromanagement squared. Having to play games to satisfy the RSL and RD. Are not respectful of our training and abilities to do the assigned work.

    Advice to Management

Learn the Holiday Touch, not the Holiday Crush!

A very scattered, disorganized and obtuse company that has zero value in / for their employees.

Their is to much micro-management which centralizes around a Totalitarian work enviroment geared towards the belittling of the hard working employees which make day to day operations even possible.
