    Nothing at all good to say. Treated staff like slaves

    They treated employees terribly. Had no respect for us.

    Great Training... then they send you out to FAIL as a co-manager. 70% turnover in year 1.

    Pros

    The only reason to work for Holiday right now is the Residents.

    Cons

    Everything about the company EXCEPT your interaction with the Residents!

    Advice to Management

    Get a CLUE that you need to hire a CEO/COO who cares about people. Your Residents are dissatisfied, but most have a lease they cannot get out of.
