Not for everyone

Manager (Current Employee)

I have been working at Holiday Retirement

ProsA diffucult position if you dont have the right attitude. With the right attitude the residents are great to work with

ConsMid level managment lack of desire to fix problems when they are apparent. Think that new residents only come in due to cost not presence of happy current residents.

Advice to Senior ManagementEveryone works at the community level for 30 days straight. Live the holiday touch everyday.
