Current Employee – been working at Hollywood Video

Pros – Easy work pace. Can work around a students schedule. Everything basic is a week of training. This job needs no experience to start.

Cons – Promotions take awhile and your bosses change quickly, so it is hard to get noticed. If you're not close to your DM getting a good raise is impossible.

Advice to Senior Management – Promote top talent. keep those that work hard even if they have attitudes at times. Fire those who slack off entirely too much, the ones that talk more then they work.
