“Great retail company if you start your career in the stores.”
Current Employee – been working at Home Depot full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good overall work life balance.
Cons – Hard to transition to new roles.
Advice to Senior Management – Fair pay. Individuals coming from the outside, make a more money than individuals who promote internally.
Also individuals promote slower if career did not start in stores, which is frustrating.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
