there are decent hours/ the company is trying different ways to build employees morale. Mgmt tries to do things to make employees feel more involved.

Cons

Depending on your position you can end up working long hours. Sometimes you would have liked a bigger salary increase.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to try to find ways to keep all employees involved. By asking them for input it helps make them feel that they are truly valued.
