There are no layoffs in our future. Steady pay with no salery cuts in the future and good chance of a bonus this year.

Cons

Working on the concrete floor is very tiresome. Management does not always know of the employees back ground. Its hard to think outside of the box.

Advice to Senior Management

give the employees more control over the store. Ask and listen to the employees their ideas. Quit pushing credit down everyones throat.
