* Depth needed within Finance organization, better aligning type of work with experience and provide Finance career path.
* Promotions are based in part on favorites and not broad based merrit
* Sr Management across organization is weak
Advice to Senior Management
Promote based on merrit. Structure Finance, allowing for career path/growth and better alignment of skillset and tasks.
