Current Employee – been working at Home Depot
Pros – beneifits 40hr work week in a week economy. freedom to make mistakes without fear of retribution. open minded thinking in the company.
Cons – shift work with some over night work. not a lot of associate recognition for outstanding work done, not many managers with correct knowledge of the business.
Advice to Senior Management – Can take some time to move up from a supervisor position to upper management. not a lot of training to help you get there.
