I have been working at Home Goods
Pros – The others that I work with became some of my best friends. They are fairly flexible when it comes to time off. You are able to transfer to other stores if needed. Christmas season you get a lot of hours, and it gets fun. There are times when we get 20% instead of 10%. We can use our discounts at TJ MAXX and Marshalls as well.
Cons – The scheduling system sometimes makes the weirdest schedules. Because some of the employees go to school, they are not able to move up in the company, even though they have enough time to do so. Not enough hours are given because they keep hiring more people.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
