Pros

Its a job to pay you cell phone bills throughout high school. No career advancement possible. Pay rate increases were terrible and they no longer give bonuses. Could take long weekends when able to switch with other employees.

Cons

Long hours, clothing smells like fertilizer. Not good for your health because they do not provide masks. Harsh lawn chemicals.

Advice to Senior Management

allow for advancement throughout the company. Higher a store manager that knows how to interact with the employees. Show some compassion and willingness to teach the younger generation. Come out on the floor and help sell instead of staying inside a cubicle.
