RN Case Manager (Former Employee)
Worthington, OH

I worked at Home Health Connection full-time for more than a year

ProsFlexibility. Self and professional nursing growth if able to work independently. Abundant exposure to varying patients and diseases; babies to elderly, pregnancy to wounds to IV's to basic med setups and education. One on one care without outside distraction of other patients/demands-one patient at a time work atmosphere.

ConsPoor working environments in home health care; frequent unsafe and unsanitary situations. Tons of overtime due to heavy caseload and paperwork/electronic documentation demands.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees. Trust nursing judgement; if you hired us then let us use our nursing knowledge and judgement accordingly.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
