I have been working at Home Instead full-time for less than a year

Pros – The clients that you get to help. You get to learn about their lives growing up, the good times and bad times.

Cons – Not getting paid for commute miles to clients, especially when each one is a distance from each other. Gas price has gotten very expensive. If your paycheck can only pay for your gas and nothing else, then you're not making enough money to live on.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to organize the schedule, to where workers aren't driving along distance between clients.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
